Rhinestones
The rhinestone guitar is made to look like Taylor Swifts rhinestone guitar. It is an Ibanez SGT 120 that was bought used. Not much modification was made to this guitar the pick guard was removed and the top was spray painted silver because I messed up on the first attempt. The guitar picture to the right as the before picture is not actually the original guitar. I actually don't have a picture of the guitar before I started it.

The top of the guitar is covered in roughly 5400 Swarovski Led Crystal AB rhinestones. It took about 8 hours over two days to put them on. I started by doing the outer edged then started to fill it in. Once again I had help from Robin at Smashing Times in Dallas on this project. Robin helped me start it off and gave me guidance on how to do it. The same water proof caulk was used to apply the rhinestones as was used on the Disco Disaster to attach the mirror tiles.

I had to start this guitar over once after attaching about 1100 rhinestones. When I first started this guitar I just started to apply rhinestones on the top and work around. It soon became clear that this would not work because the outline would be made of cut rhinestones. I then removed the rhinestones painted the top silver and started over by adding rhinestones to the outline of the guitar.
